At Solarii Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a simple and convenient return and exchange policy to help make the process as smooth as possible.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Most eligible sterling silver jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please do not send your return to the address shown on the package, as it may not be our return address.
Eligible Return & Exchange Reasons
We will be happy to assist you if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged.
- Your item has a confirmed manufacturing or quality issue.
- You would like to exchange an eligible sterling silver item for a different size or style.
- You are not completely satisfied with an eligible sterling silver item and the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Sterling Silver Jewelry Eligibility
Eligible sterling silver jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
For eligible sterling silver jewelry, the following options do not automatically make the item final sale:
- Custom ring size
- Engraving
- Rose gold or yellow gold plating color
This means eligible sterling silver items with custom sizing, engraving, or selected plating color may still be returned or exchanged if they meet our return condition requirements.
Fine Jewelry & Made-to-Order Items
Some Solarii Jewelry pieces are individually crafted with precious materials and made specifically for each order. Because of the material value and made-to-order nature of these pieces, they are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
K gold, platinum, and lab-grown diamond jewelry are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing or quality issue.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- 10K / 14K / 18K / 22K / 24K gold jewelry
- Platinum jewelry
- Lab-grown diamond jewelry
- Customized or specially modified designs
- Items with customized stone sizes, stone shapes, stone types, or special design changes
If your fine jewelry item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will carefully review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or other assistance based on the situation.
Special Design & Modified Items
Jewelry that has been specially redesigned or modified beyond standard options may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
This includes:
- Custom-made designs based on customer images or special requests
- Modified stone sizes
- Modified stone shapes
- Modified stone types
- Personalized design changes beyond standard product options
Standard sterling silver options such as custom ring size, engraving, and rose gold or yellow gold plating color remain eligible for return or exchange if the item meets our return condition requirements.
Color Plating Notice
All rose gold and yellow gold jewelry is made with a 925 sterling silver base and finished with a 0.03-micron colored plating layer.
Please note that color changes, fading, or wear caused by daily friction, impact, moisture, chemicals, or personal wearing habits are considered normal wear and are not classified as quality issues.
To help preserve the finish, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, water, sweat, cleaning products, and other chemicals.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, scratched, damaged, resized, altered, or repaired by a third party
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, impact, friction, moisture, or chemical exposure
- K gold, platinum, or lab-grown diamond items, unless there is a confirmed quality issue
- Specially modified designs, customized stone sizes, customized stone shapes, or customized stone types, unless there is a confirmed quality issue
- Gift items or free promotional items, unless they arrived damaged
- Items returned without prior authorization
Multiple-Item Return Policy
To help us maintain fair pricing and prevent excessive return handling costs, returns involving multiple items from the same order may be subject to a restocking fee.
For returns of 3 or more items from the same order, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to each returned item.
This fee helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and restocking costs for multiple-item returns.
Return Shipping & Original Shipping Fees
For quality issues, wrong items, or items damaged upon arrival, please contact us with clear photos or videos so our team can review the issue and provide the best solution.
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that shipping fees are calculated based on the actual original shipping cost before any discount. Even if your order qualified for free shipping or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost incurred for the order will still be deducted from your refund.
Therefore, we do not refund original shipping fees, upgraded shipping fees, shipping protection fees, or any other delivery-related charges.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact us at service@solariijewelry.com within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2: Include your order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and clear photos or videos if there is a quality concern.
Step 3: Our customer care team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
Step 4: After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, repair, or store credit based on the approved solution.
Please do not send your return to the address on the package. That may not be our return address and could delay or prevent the processing of your return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the approved return arrangement.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees, upgraded shipping fees, shipping protection fees, and restocking fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligible sterling silver items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Sterling silver items with custom ring size, engraving, or rose gold/yellow gold plating color may still be eligible for exchange if they meet our return condition requirements.
If the exchange is due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping and any price difference between items.
Made-to-order fine jewelry, including K gold, platinum, and lab-grown diamond pieces, is not eligible for standard exchanges unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Cancellation Policy
Because many Solarii Jewelry pieces are made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.
Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of purchase.
After 8 hours, your order may have already entered production, and cancellations may be subject to a 30% material and processing fee.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
