Our Warranty
Solarii Jewelry fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.
Warranty Terms
Customer will be responsible for back and forth shipping fees.
Customer must contact one of Solariijewelry representatives for the return shipping address when sending back the items.
Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. Solariijewelry will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
Solariijewelry reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
What does the warranty not cover?
Our Warranty DOES NOT COVER: Oxidization - When Silver is exposed to air over a long period of time, it is likely to oxidize and turn a dark black color. This is normal and fixable!
Our Warranty DOES NOT COVER: Any products having a reaction due to cleaning products, chemicals, or perfume. We highly recommend you remove all jewelry before using harsh cleaning products. Or in any situation where your items would be exposed or affected by harmful chemicals. Remember, jewelry is always the last thing you put on, and the first thing you take off.
Our warranty DOES NOT COVER: lost items.
Our warranty DOES NOT COVER: scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain)
Our warranty DOES NOT COVER: improper use or storage of your product.
